Sports Volunteers Needed – January 9th!
Good Afternoon,
We are currently working on putting together a system for all of our Immanuel families who would like to help grow and strengthen our Immanuel Athletics Ministry to sign up for the activities that best fits their families’ schedules.
Here are the events that we need volunteers for the rest of this week.
Saturday, January 9th- Elementary Basketball games
12:00 pm Game – 1 person- Working the Gate (taking admission), please be at the ILCA gym by 11:30 am.
-1 person- Running the game clock (training will be provided for you), please be at the ILCA gym by 11:30 am
– 1 or 2 people- Working the concession stand, please be at the ILCA gym by 11:30 am.
1:00 pm Game – 1 person- Working the Gate (taking admission), please be at the ILCA gym by 12:30 pm.
-1 person- Running the game clock (training will be provided for you), please be at the ILCA gym by 12:30 pm
– 1 or 2 people- Working the concession stand, please be at the ILCA gym by 12:30 pm.
2:00 pm Game – 1 person- Working the Gate (taking admission), please be at the ILCA gym by 1:30 pm.
-1 person- Running the game clock (training will be provided for you), please be at the ILCA gym by 1:30 pm
– 1 or 2 people- Working the concession stand, please be at the ILCA gym by 1:30 pm.
3:00 pm Game – 1 person- Working the Gate (taking admission), please be at the ILCA gym by 2:30 pm.
-1 person- Running the game clock (training will be provided for you), please be at the ILCA gym by 2:30 pm
– 1 or 2 people- Working the concession stand, please be at the ILCA gym by 2:30 pm.
