School update 3/16 – response to covid-19 recommendations

Beginning this week while students are away from the K-12 building, we will begin deep cleaning our classrooms and bathrooms with a hospital grade disinfectant.

We will be following the recommendations of the CDC and institute the following travel quarantine.

FAMILIES THAT HAVE USED AN AIRLINE/CRUISE SHIP TO TRAVEL DURING SPRING BREAK MUST BE QUARANTINED FOR 14 DAYS ONCE SCHOOL BEGINS AGAIN. I have been traveling the past several days for professional and personal reasons and will be held to the same precautions as our families. Technology will enable me to stay connected and work from home. For those who are affected by this precaution, please send us your travel dates.

If the situation progresses to the point of closing our schools, we will communicate our plans and procedures, choosing the best process to deliver an appropriate and effective learning experience at home.
