PE Field Trip – Christian Karate Academy – moved to March 11 – 12th due to weather.
Dear Parents/Guardians,
I am excited to inform you that our students will go on a field trip to Christian Karate Academy next week. This trip will be a fantastic opportunity for students to learn important life skills in a fun and engaging environment.
- Tuesday – March 11th will be 5th-8th grade from 9-11:30
- Wednesday – March 12th will be k-4th grade from 9-11:30.
- k-4th students will need to bring a sack lunch.
- Cost – $13 billed via FACTS account
During our visit, the instructors at Christian Karate Academy will lead a special lesson on bullying, explaining what it is, how to recognize it, and what students can do if they experience or witness it. This interactive session will empower students with confidence and practical strategies for handling difficult situations safely and respectfully.
In addition to the anti-bullying lesson, students will have the opportunity to participate in an aerial silks class. While unrelated to the bullying session, this activity will allow students to explore movement, strength, and coordination in an exciting and unique way.
