Parent Teacher Conferences
Good Evening Parents,
Friday, October 7, 2022, is our first parent-teacher conference of the year. Conferences will be held from 12:30-7:30 pm.
The K-12th teachers greatly value our communication with you as we partner together to teach your child(ren). The time spent during Parent/Teacher conferences is valuable to us, as educators, as we teach your child(ren) and to your child(ren)’s education. These conferences contribute to your child(ren)’s success in school.
k – 12th-grade conferences will be conducted in person, though you always have the option to request zoom, phone, or email. Please email teachers if you would like to meet other than in person. If you have no concerns, you do not need to sign up for a conference.
3rd and 5 – 12th grade Conference sign-ups are located on Sycamore using the parent conference link on the dashboard’s right side (not available using the app). You can sign up easily for all your children and their teachers. Please contact Ginger Hendricks or Sara Raddatz if you do not know your Sycamore login, or you may contact your child’s teacher for assistance. K-2 and 4th grades will have a separate email with instructions they will send Monday with their weekly class email.
Please be respectful of other parents’ time slots and arrive at the time you have signed up for. If you want to zoom it would be helpful if your screen name has your child’s name. Conferences will be 15 minutes long with 5 minutes in between to connect with the next parent/teacher.
