Parent Choice Tax Credit and PrePaids

Dear Parents,

We have an update on our procedure with regard to the processing of the Parental Choice Tax Credit. Going forward, if you have received an email from the PCTC contact stating that your check has been mailed to the school, and you have not already been contacted by our staff, please stop by the school office.  Upon your arrival, you will endorse the check and speak with Kayla Brinkman, our treasurer, to determine the use of funds. We appreciate your flexibility as we work through this process. We receive very little “extra” communication from the Oklahoma Tax Commission, so we are learning as we go.

FACTS Accounts-as we near the end of the year, please take a moment to check your prepaid accounts in FACTS.  As prepaid accounts, these should not carry a negative balance.  All accounts must be paid in full by May 17, 2024.
