Everyone who ran yesterday improved their time since this past Saturday at Holland Hall, and everyone received a medal. In particular, Jonathan improved his 5k time by over 4 minutes, and Hayden improved his by over 5 minutes! Isaiah was just edged out of first place in the last stretch and brought home a second-place medal. All of our elementary girls and boys did very well, too.
Crusader Cross Country Middle and High School ran at the Creekside Invite in Prior, 9/20.

Elementary & Middle School Meet at Bishop Kelley on Tuesday, Sept. 17th!
Yesterday was the opening meet for our Middle School and elementary Crusaders. 5th grader Isabella Smith placed 13th in the elementary girls' one-mile race and was the only Immanuel student to medal. Medals went to the top 15 placings.

Isaiah Nass placed 18th in the junior high boys two-mile run—three places out of medal contention.
