Chili Supper Event Team!
We Need You!!!
We are looking for volunteers who would be interested in serving on our 2022 Chili Supper Event Team!
Every year ILCA’s Parent Teacher League puts on an excellent event where we raise money for our awesome school. This year the event is important because we are raising money to purchase a NEW PLAYGROUND!
We are looking for a few special individuals who would be willing to serve on this event committee. The commitment on your part would be to attend an initial planning meeting one day after school. (lasting only 1 hour) After that, all communication can be done through group email and phone calls.
Each event staff member will help sign up to help with one or more areas of the event. Event Staff will do things like Coordinate with chili makers & volunteers, help set up / tear down at the event space, help with parking, food monitor, food prep, cleaning, making flyers & event promotion. And most importantly help secure auction items and door prizes!
Many organizations are willing to offer free items to support a local Christian School; they just need to be asked. We can walk you through the steps and issue tax-exempt letters to any organization that is willing to donate.
